The divas after AJ Lee, Orton?s legacy, Sheamus feuds and more topics discussed!
The post-WrestleMania season is here and it was definitely a newsworthy week for those of us that follow WWE.
We got a new WWE Champion in Seth Rollins, who apparently found out the plan a few hours before he cashed in the briefcase at the end of Brock Lesnar?s WWE Title defense against Roman Reigns. There was also the surprise appearance of The Rock and Ronda Rousey during the show as well. A lot of great things happened that night and it got people excited about WWE again.
There was also the revelation that Steve Austin has heat with Vince McMahon because Austin mentioned Chyna during the interview he did with Triple H back in February. Due to those issues, Austin missed WrestleMania and WWE has decided to go with Chris Jericho for WWE Network interviews with Jericho talking to Cena this Monday night after Raw.
To end the week we found out late on Friday afternoon that former WWE Divas Champion AJ Lee has retired from active competition effective immediately. It was a surprise because she got the pinfall win in the divas tag match at WrestleMania, then she was in a match on Raw and suddenly she?s gone. Maybe she knew was leaving. It?s still a shock to a lot of us considering she?s only 28 years old and it seemed like she had more years left.
Here is this week?s Q&A based on questions sent to me via Twitter @johnreport and it shouldn?t be a surprise that he first one is about AJ Lee. Let?s jump right into it.
