2015 has been a huge year for cinema and so naturally left audiences with a ton of questions about some of the biggest movies from the last 12 months. Born out of both frustration and fascination, audiences have been desperate to get answers, though inevitably they?re going to be waiting a few years for the sequels to show up, or in some cases the ambiguity will intentionally never be cleared up.

From mysteries revolving around cinema?s most iconic villains to agonising cliffhangers that desperately need a resolution and every cunning dangling plot thread in-between, these questions have been doing the rounds online and in pubs around the world ever since each movie first released.

Though the majority are almost certain to be resolved soon enough, some are destined to endure as unanswered questions forever more, so prepare yourself for that.

13. How Did Thanos Get Into Asgard? ? Avengers: Age Of Ultron

Marvel StudiosMarvel Studios

The Question: Age of Ultron?s mid-credits scene sees Thanos seemingly in Odin?s vault on Asgard, picking up the Infinity Gauntlet and declaring, ?Fine, I?ll do it myself?. So, how the hell did a being as distinctive as Thanos manage to freely enter Asgard and steal the empty Gauntlet? You think somebody would notice.

The Likely Answer: Though the immediate theory that springs to mind is that Loki, who is currently pretending to be Odin, helped Thanos out for his own material gain, Marvel mega-producer Kevin Feige rather quietly admitted in an interview that there is more than one Infinity Gauntlet. He said, ?There are two different gloves. That was not Odin?s vault that you see at the end.?

Though this is subject to change as it hasn?t been explicitly stated in any movie yet, it?s a convenient get-out and makes a fair amount of sense given that, well, gloves mostly come in pairs. So, the question at this point becomes irrelevant: Thanos didn?t need to go to Asgard as we previously expected.
