Vicki Psarias is editor and writer of critically acclaimed parenting and lifestyle site Honest Mum and is regarded by many as a pioneer in her field. A former multi-award winning TV director and filmmaker, Vicki founded honestmum.com in November 2010 while on maternity leave and has been a full time digital influencer for 4 years working with global brands across the family, food, beauty, style and travel sectors. As well as regularly writing and featuring in glossy magazines, she often appears on TV where you might have seen her on ITV?s Good Morning Britain, Sky News or Ch 4?s Too Many Cooks.

Natasha Courtenay-Smith is a digital and visibility strategist and mentor. Her clients include Jeremy Vine, Cerys Matthews, BBC 1 sitcom Citizen Khan, The Zita West fertility clinic, Meaby?s lawfirm in Mayfair, Instagram star Lizzie King, television presenter Martel Maxwell and The Good Life Experience festival. Her first book, The Million Dollar Blog, which is about content marketing for businesses and individuals, will be published in September. As a former national newspaper & glossy magazine journalist, Natasha brings real editorial expertise to her digital projects. In 2008, having left the Daily Mail newspaper where she was a senior feature writer, Natasha started one of the UK?s first online news agencies, Talk to the Press, which was responsible for numerous
front page stories & often lead the news agenda in the UK. Talk to the Press went on to win several business awards, including ?Outstanding New Publicity Solution? and see Natasha featured on Management Today magazine?s 35 under 35 list of female high flyers in the UK. Talk to the Press was acquired by the SWNS news group in 2014 and Natasha exited the business following a handover.

As a Senior Publisher Development Manager at affilinet Richard?s main role is to work closely with the publisher and account management teams to implement new strategy and best practice to help expand affilinet?s publisher base in the UK. He also uses our extensive data to give internal, publisher and advertiser stakeholders a clear picture of the key areas of growth open to us. Before working at affilinet, Richard worked at a specialist affiliate agency on the eBay Partner Network, rising to Senior Account Manager for the UK, bringing on new major publishers and maintaining and growing existing relationships.
