Who are Julie Delpy & Linda Cardellini playing in Avengers: Age of Ultron?

Posted on Apr 2, 2015

Avengers: Age of Ultron is due out on 23rd April 2015 in the UK, but it turns out that Julie Delpy (Beyond Sunrise) and Linda Cardellini (Freaks and Geeks, Bloodlines) are in the film and we are only finding out now! That?s away to keep a secret.

There is no word on who they are playing, but could it be related to Captain Marvel in some way. As we are only finding out now that they are in the film I can?t imagine that they will have much screen time, but that doesn?t mean their roles won?t have an impact on the Avengers. Could one of them be providing the voice for Jocasta?

Who do you think they could be playing?

When Tony Stark tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program, things go awry and Earth?s Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance. As the villainous Ultron emerges, it is up to The Avengers to stop him from enacting his terrible plans, and soon uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for an epic and unique global adventure.

Avengers: Age of Ultron stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Samuel L. Jackson, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, James Spader, Cobie Smulders, Thomas Kretschmann, Paul Bettany, Andy Serkis and Stellan Skarsgard.

The Joss Whedon-directed film will debut in theaters on May 1, 2015 in the US.
